Dixon Racing Team, the company that is Bike it Kawasaki, is one of the world's leading and longest-running independent motocross teams. Although formed in 2002 by Steve Dixon, the current team principal headed the official Yamaha UK motocross team from 1990 until the end of 2001 when Yamaha proposed the team become independent. In 2015 the team made the switch to Kawasaki. In 2024 we will see American Jack Chambers look to make his mark in his second MX2 term, while rising British talent Bobby Bruce joins alongside him. Young Billy Askew will round out the team for the EMX250 effort.

In all the team has secured four WMX World Championships, eight British motocross championships, a Motocross Des Nations title, nine Grand Prix wins, and a runner-up spot in the 125cc World Championship. The team has a reputation for signing young up-and-coming talent from the UK and for bringing exciting international riders, historically from Denmark, the USA, Australia, and Spain, to add some international flair to the British-based Grand Prix team. Operating from a purpose-built headquarters in Hampshire, much effort is sought to get every advantage possible on the race circuit. In addition to the usual high-end workshop facilities, some other notable installations include a temperature stability system, a dyno, an automated CNC lathe, and a state-of-the-art CNC milling machine, the latter two being used to manufacture parts designed in-house and in conjunction with sponsor LA Tooling.

The team is more than riders alone, and hospitality is taken very seriously. At selected events, sponsors and team partners are invited to witness the spectacle of motocross up close and relax with refreshments and seating provided throughout the day under the team awning, alongside the bike preparation area affording a real insight into the sport and its workings. Sponsors can also enjoy national and international television coverage, brand placement on the race trucks, race bikes, and race clothing as well as exposure on the team's very popular website. Every event either on or away from the circuit and an unmistakable, refined image will be seen.

Always immaculately presented with team pit wear, race bikes, and vehicles, even down to hospitality cups, everything has a cohesive and consistent appearance. If you would like to find out more information about the team or become a team sponsor please contact us.
